Check your utility bill — it will show the name of your current energy supplier. If Think Energy is listed, they are supplying your energy. If not, your utility is providing it this month.

Yes. You’ll get an email any time your energy supply changes — whether to Think Energy or back to the utility. This can happen monthly, seasonally, annually, or longer — depending on what offers you the lower rate. No action needed — it’s just a heads-up.

You’ll need to re-enroll at your new address.

Yes. You can choose a fixed-rate plan instead and automatically cancel AutoSave.

Yes. You’re free to switch to another supplier at any time. Once we receive the drop request from your new supplier, your AutoSave agreement will automatically be canceled — no fees, no penalties.

Not yet. AutoSave is currently available only for residential electricity customers. We’re exploring options to expand to small commercial accounts in the future.
