Description: This chart lists the highest and lowest rates, including variable rates, charged to customers on the product AutoSave by THS relative to ComEd’s Price to Compare (excluding the Purchased Electricity Adjustment) and the highest rates, including variable rates, offered by Think Energy to certain customers of Think Home Solutions, LLC (“THS”) that were rejected by THS on behalf of those customers. Because this product is only available to customers of THS, and THS, according to its Terms of Service, does not enroll customers with Think Energy unless Think Energy’s offer for a customer is less than ComEd’s Price to Compare (excluding the Purchased Electricity Adjustment), a customer may receive an offer from Think Energy that exceeds ComEd’s Price to Compare which is rejected by THS.

This chart may not show your unique price per kilowatt-hour negotiated by THS on your behalf and calculated by Think Energy using your historical usage, energy consumption patterns, and Think Energy’s costs and margins. ComEd’s electric supply rate applicable at the time of your enrollment is disclosed on your Uniform Disclosure Statement.

Legend:

• In Red: “Rejected Offers Zone (Above PTC)” means any offers made by Think Energy to customers of THS that were rejected by THS.
• In Green: “Lowest Rate Charged (Think Energy)” means the lowest rate charged to a customer (or customers) of THS by Think Energy for a particular monthly billing period.
• In Blue: “Highest Rate Charged (Think Energy)” means the highest rated charged to a customer of THS by Think Energy for a particular monthly billing period.
• In Black: “ComEd PTC (Utility Rate)” means ComEd’s electric supply price applicable at the time of a particular monthly billing period.
